Center Manager
Florian (AKA Flo) is the manager of our amazing windsurf school and a professional windsurfer on Bonaire. Originally from Guernsey, one of the British Channel Islands, his family moved to Bonaire when he was just 5 years old. This is where he found his passion for the ocean and windsurfing. His first World Cup competition was on Bonaire in 2011 when he was just 16, and since then he has travelled all over Europe to compete in these events, the most recent being Defi Wind in the south of France.
You can find him here every day, either on the beach or in the water sharing his passion for windsurfing, and if you’re lucky, you may even see him head out for some slalom or freestyle.

JACK
Wing/Windsurf Instructor & Social Media
Jack is from a small sea side town in the UK called Felixstowe. He has been a Windsurf Instructor for 8 years and started out by learning the basics of windsurfing from his dad in the UK. This is where he fell in love with windsurfing and decided to enroll on many watersport instructor courses. Years later he decided to take his skills around the world, exploring and teaching as he went. He arrived in Bonaire in 2022, only planning on staying and working for 6 months but, we just can’t seem to get rid of him!
You will find Jack either flying in the bay on slalom kit or progressing his freestyle.

TOTO
Wing/Windsurf Instructor & Board Repair
Toto was born on Bonaire and has been sharing his local stoke with us since 2019. He learned to windsurf on the island, so there’s no-one better to talk to about watersports on Bonaire. On Sundays you’ll see Toto across the bay at Lac Cai helping with his family’s local restaurant.
You will find Toto winging in the deeper section of the bay and sending it on freestyle gear, wearing the craziest board shorts!
