- Intermediate vocational education or work experience.
- Experience in teaching windsurfing, paddle boarding and/or foiling.
- Knowledge of windsurf equipment and various windsurf brands.
- Have a broad knowledge of wind, sea and watersports.
- Speak English and /or Dutch and preferably one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Polish.
- Flexibility.
- Pro activeness.
- Enthusiasm and being a team player.

You are perfect for us if you posses all of the things listed below:
- Intermediate vocational education or work experience.

- Speak English and /or Dutch and preferably one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish or Polish.
