The Dunkerbeck Pro Center crew wishes you a Merry Christmas from windy Bonaire!
It’s been a little quiet at the Dunkerbeck Pro Center over the past few months, with a lot of rain and humid weather. We’re looking forward to welcoming the New Year with some amazing conditions and exciting new kit!
Looking ahead at the 2025 season we have some new opportunities for you to progress your watersports in exciting new ways.

New North Sails!
Just in time for Christmas we’ve got some brand new equipment!
We are really happy to welcome North Sails to Bonaire and to the Dunkerbeck Pro Center.
North Sails have been leading the construction of sails for many different water sports in the world. Using their innovative 3Di technology, North Sails are able to print windsurf sails which makes them very light and strong.
Over the past month we’ve been testing these sails in various conditions and will be posting a review in the coming weeks.
We have stocked the X-Over, Free Speed & Slalom Race in a variety of sizes and are all available to use from today.
Advanced Clinic with Flo
The Advanced clinic is a niche clinic, but if you’re looking for a fast paced clinic to really push your ability to the next level, this is the one.
Flo has years of knowledge, coming from competitions at the top of the sport, from freestyle to slalom windsurfing. This allows you to get the most from high level equipment tuning, jibe variations, speed surfing & stance.
This clinic will mostly be on the water, with Flo giving 1:1 coaching and group coaching throughout the clinic.

Intermediate Clinic with Jack
The Intermediate level can be quite broad and there is always a lot to learn at this level. Jack is excited to offer this clinic and pass on his knowledge from his years of experience. You’ll be able to improve skills and techniques you want, as well as working on full planing jibes, fast tacks, water starts, kit tuning & much more!
You can expect to spend some time on the land at the start of the 3 days working on techniques to then take onto the water later. On the water you’ll have great 1:1 coaching from Jack and some video footage to review and look over towards the end of the clinic.
This clinic is an amazing opportunity to share your passion with like minded people in a positive & social environment.

Ladies Windsurf Clinic with Hannah!
Ladies!
This is a great opportunity to experience windsurfing with amazing people in one of the best locations in the world.
Hannah, one of our instructors is running these clinics to provide a perfect atmosphere for women in watersports.
In this clinic, Hannah will be focusing on improving planing skills like jibing, blasting & chop hops. As well as water starts and the fast tack.

Kids Clinic
Back for 2025 we have kids windsurfing clinics running throughout the year!
These are great opportunities for kids to learn to windsurfing or improve on their skills in a fun & engaging environment.

Wingfoil Clinic
New to 2025 is our slightly larger wing foil fleet. With new smaller masts it’s now possible to wing foil in the shallow bay!
This clinic is aimed for those who are familiar with how to use a wing but want to learn more skills on the foil. Whether that be jibing, tacking or jumping. We’ve got you covered.
If you’ve never used a wing before and want to learn this new addicting sport, we also offer complete beginner wing lessons.

Internship Discount!
Something else new to 2025!
As an intern, many things can be too expensive on the island, especially when it’s a new sport. We’ve decided to offer an affordable price for those who are currently doing an internship on the island to make windsurfing more accessible.
The first Intro lesson is $20 instead of $50 and there is a huge 50% discount on all rentals too!
We’re excited to welcome more people to Sorobon & the amazing world of watersports.

Its like you read my mind You appear to know so much about this like you wrote the book in it or something I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit but other than that this is fantastic blog A great read Ill certainly be back
